If you find yourself looking at this list and saying to yourself, “Gee, I drank all those already”... here’s what you do: Buy yourself a wine storage unit, big or small, it allows you to mature wine 5/6 yrs down the line without worrying about proper storage conditions. That way you can buy more now, drink some now and then be assured that you can take avantage of long term development with that extra allotment you wisely bought.........Just a thought.
